Gpu only using 50% in destiny not replicated in any other game i am using a i7 8700k overclocked to 4.7ghz rtx 2070 8gb and 16gb ram at 3200mhz frame rate cap set to 144 only getting 80-120fps on high settings in game 144 at loading screens
