Is Dire Promise still even obtainable?
Have not had it to drop yet and it would be nice

1 ReplySeason 10 weapons were taken off the world pool in season 13 and are, to my knowledge, only obtainable from banshee turn-ins or weekly inventory now. And like all season 10 weapons, it's quite rare too.
