Can’t unlink Xbox account
Trying to unlink old Xbox account I don’t have email access to anymore (old school email) from cross save so I can update to current one. Any ideas?
I haven’t used Xbox in about a year, can’t recall password or access email to reset. I’ve called Xbox and since I can’t access emails I’m out of luck.

1 ReplyYou will have to work with Microsoft XBL support to regain access to that account. To remove a account you need to authenticate it which means you need access to it. As the authentication system is there for security reasons Bungie will not bypass it for any reason.
