I’m assuming Bungie will spearhead comping the players who had their efforts wasted, considering the only places they chose to notify players were outside of the game. Not all players have Twitter or should be expected to read issues under investigation before playing a game. A bug like this is costing players weeks of playtime, if it happens to them. This merits the effort on Bungies part to create an in game warning, as most bugs would never hit so many players in such a serious way. It didn’t happen to me, but it did to a player I play with, who was a returning D2 player and now is totally bummed out at what they see as another bungie flop, he feels they are likely to ignore. People trying to blame customers for how they came to experience a games bug doesn’t really make sense. It’s digital, just comp the players and deal with the issue at hand.

Thanks for the heads up @bungie , I am a semi casual player with a job and life and lost countless masterwork resources because you did not warn us we will lose our SH#T when we go from majestic to magnificent. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS CRAP or guess who no buy the next money trap....

When I meditated at the statue to turn in for the final pieces at a power level of 1298, it gave me power level 1137 magnificent pieces...
