Characters/guns not loading

Hi there, I’m having an issue with my items/other players loading while in game. It’s fine after I load in but then 10-15 seconds later my items will turn into the loading state and not finish loading.

For potential troubleshooting; • I’d recommend checking out Bungie’s [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049496531-Network-Troubleshooting-Guide]Network Troubleshooting Guide[/url] • [b][u]If you play on console,[/u][/b] you can try to power-cycle your console by holding down the power button for 5-10 seconds and waiting for it to restart. • You can also try to [b][u]clear your console’s[/u][/b] cache by following these instructions: Xbox Consoles: [spoiler] [i]Source: support.activision.com[/i] [b][u]Xbox One: [/u][/b] Turn off your Xbox One. Once the indicator lights on the front of the Xbox One and the console's power brick are off, unplug the power brick from the back of your console. Wait at least 30 seconds. Plug the power brick back into your Xbox One and turn it on. [b][u]Xbox Series X|S: [/u][/b] Turn off your Xbox Series X|S using the controller or the Power Off button on the console. Unplug the power cable from the back of your Xbox Series X|S. Wait at least two minutes. Plug the cable back into your Xbox Series X|S. Turn your Xbox Series X|S back on. Wait for the lights on your PlayStation 5 to turn off completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of your PlayStation 5. Wait one to two minutes. Plug the power cord back into your PlayStation 5.
