Xbox Series X error code: 0x8007013d

Hello, ever since the solstice update was pushed through yesterday 7/6 I have not been able to play Destiny 2. I am on a brand new Xbox series X and every time I try to load the game it immediately crashes and I am given the Xbox error code: 0x8007013d. I haven’t had a problem playing since last night’s update and it seems pretty clear it is a contributing factor. I do not have this issue with any other game or app on my Xbox. I have hard reset my Xbox, factory reset my Xbox multiple times, and even reinstalled destiny and I am still getting this error. Does anyone know of any fixes or workarounds? Any advice is much appreciated. Edit: I also want to add I have spoken with Microsoft support and they said that error code does not indicate an issue with my Xbox and instead points to issues with the developer. They urged me to seek help here instead.
