Solstice Armor reset to 1100
So I gained my Magnificent Armor today after completing my Majestic armor quests, and it proceeded to give me light level 1100 armor, with none of the cores/prisms/etc back that I put into the Majestic armor to fit mods. Absolutely amazing. Losing prisms, cores, light levels, etc, thinking that Bungie would just do the sensible thing and just bump the armor up, not RESETTING THE ENTIRE SET TO 1100. Blue - Majestic did not do that. Incredulous right now. Anyone else have this happen?

I’m a new player. Just started this season and was actually having fun leveling up and doing the solstice quests. Finally got my magnificent armor and pretty much started the game over. Is this supposed to happen?

Literally just happened to me and I'm a little annoyed because I used some modules to upgrade all pieces to 1250. So not only does my armor get worse but I have lost 5 modules in the process. Only recently picked up the game again, a friend got me on this gear grind and now I kind of already want to uninstall it

All my titans gear reset to 1160 this morning like how do I get this fixed

when this gets patched will it only prevent this from happening to others or fix what happened to me as well as prevent it? this was my only armor set and i went from 1292 to 1180 after upgrading and now i don’t want to go through the whole process of grinding it back up…

this happend to me yesterday as well, was at 1315 and the next upgrade should have been higher but it took me to 1145 for some reason. i contacted bungie but.. well you know how that went.

Just happened to me...Went from 1260-1270 down to all pieces being 1100. What the hell? The upgrade up to Majestic was awesome, which would lead one to believe the upgrade to Magnificent would also be awesome..jokes on us, it is a complete waste of time! I guess I will go play rocket league..

1 ReplyI just had this happen to me. I'm LIVID. There's no warning that this will happen. In fact they lead you to believe that they might even be higher because the first set was at my level or higher. The same with the second set. Then when I go to upgrade the final time, BOOM. You get reset back to base level. Luckily I had most of a complete set as a back up, but I'm still down several levels. Bungie, WTF? Why wouldn't you keep it consistent, or at the very least GIVE A GOD DAMN WARNING. I played when the game first came out and I stopped playing because I got bored. Then I pick it up again and I'm having fun only to get hit with this crap. This is the kind of stuff that makes people quit

Same. Really upset about this and hoping Bungie at least acknowledges the issue. It looks like some were having a similar issue last year but idk if anything was ever done about it. I've been playing for a long time and have even made an app for the game but this bug is really demoralizing and if there's no fix then I don't even know if I want to play anymore.

This just happened to me. Lost 150 light levels. Pretty sure I will stop playing now. Crazy that this is not being fixed.

4 RepliesYeah... this just happened to me too and it was my only set because I was on a brand new Titan. I effectively now have to grind back up to 1310. Honestly have no will to play anymore right now lmao.
