Cool question! My hunter’s name is Pariah-9. He was rezzed on Mars by a heavily damaged ghost that can’t speak. As his ghost is super damaged, he doesn’t have much of a connection to the light. It takes ages for him to be resurrected, and the most light he can muster is for a single measly Golden Gun shot. However, because he’s pretty weak, he’s learned to rely on his wits and god-like skills with a firearm. He was trapped on Mars fighting Cabal until my titan (previous character I deleted) found him. Since then, he’s participated in several crucial Vanguard operations, especially the Red War. When he regained his light from the shard of the Traveler, his Ghost was healed, and he is now at full-strength. [spoiler]None of this is reflected in my stats or achievements, just personal head canon [/spoiler]

Only the broadest outlines. My Guardian is my avatar in the Destiny Universe, and is therefore an extension of me. So I would have died in the Cosmodrome during the Collapse trying to help people escape. While I would have flirted with other names, I would have stuck with the name "Ghost' for my Ghost. Its a simpler name that communicates the same idea as other names that I would have chosen....and I wouldn't have gotten tired of saying it over and over again every day. I would have been a combination of our own Guardian....and Osiris. Osiris (pre-Season of the Hunt) reminds me a great deal of myself when I was young. Whereas our Guardian is more like I am today.. Osiris being lots of curosity, intellect and intensity without Wisdom (in the past), while the Guardian has those tempered by Wisdom. He's calm when the situation calls for calm. He is intense when the situation calls for it. As opposed to Osiris (and a lesser extent Ikora) only having one gear....though Ikora is also having her strength temperfed by wisdom. [spoiler]For the record, I think the Osiris we are currently dealing with is actually Savathun. I think our "rescue" of Osiris was staged....and so that we would "save" Her and take Her back the City. I think She is actually holding both Osiris and Sagira prisoner. I think this because what Osiris has been saying is WAY out of character.. Is lacking in a moral compass, and infused with a dark self-absorption that is not Osiris. It really became clear whe Osiris seemed shocked....and somewhat fearful...when Quria was destroyed..then quickly retreated into sarcasm and snappishness when everyone else was cheering the victory. While this might be an Osiris being affected by the same darkness that has affected Lakshmi and Saladin....I doubt it. Lakshmi and Saladin were just becoming a darker version of what they had always been. This Osiris is something almost completely different. I suspect Ikora has picked up on this, and this is why she's letting Osiris have access to all their intel on Savathun. Using Savathun herself to sort through her own lies and see what she tries to steer us away from. [/spoiler]

Jeidd is the name of my guardian

I have years worth of my guardian lore stored in my head. Bunker-23, my guardian made a agreement with his ghost, if ghost calls him guardian, he will call it ghost. That agreement bloomed into Ghost, being the ghosts own name.

Ghost’s name is Orbit (has the precision shell, so works out perfectly) So this is my hunter’s story summed um. Basically my Exo hunter woke up on Europa, found my Warlock from the first game. Warlock is gonna take the hunter to the Last City. Hunter gets killed by Vex, and warlock kills them as the hunter is revived. Very startled. Anyways, they leave together, and make it to the Last City. Long long time later, the hunter here’s that his good friend (the warlock) was killed permanently during the red war. Yes I deleted him :/ Anyways, my hunter decided to avenge him and during this time Cayde died. So big oof for the hunter Post Script- my first Titan never became a legend, he just kinda sat there. For a couple years. Then I made a new Titan recently, which was the first time I actually liked playing as a Titan. No story for my Titan(s) yet

Oh oh oh, I have something for this: My Ghost name is Goober. My Huntress is extremely petty and likes Jazz. She had a robot leg, but nobody knows where it went and we all just decided to stop asking questions because the last time we did the Architects turned her into a red stain on the side of a building. She might have a crush on Zavala and Mara Sov and if both of them offered to take her out at the same time she isn't sure which one she would pick. My Titan sings the "I will go sailing no more" everytime she uses Thundercrash and she goes by Dutchess Diesel because she likes to work out. She really wants to take Shaxx up on his offer to trade punches some day. She is very very unlucky in her love life and a group of city youths called her The Legendary Lonely Lady and she never really recovered from that. My Warlock has gone through 10 resets, 9 of which were caused by her seeing guardians do things that were so inexplicably dumb that it was better to forget. She likes to mess with the inhabitants of the last City and once spent 5 months convincing the children of the city that she could talk to electronics. All of them exist in one universe and they all hate each other, but have agreed that should any of them ever get married the other two are assured bridesmaid positions.

My guardian can't remember his past before hearing his ghost tell him to run ,has the sound of advancing fallen echoed in the background of the cosmodrome. In his quiet time he sits down and tries to remember ,but just winds up with a headache. Was he a good man,did he die trying to save people,or was he running for his own life has the darkness struck it's final blow. These are the questions he asks himself all the time,bit has no answer for. He doesn't seek other guardians willingly , if he has a task he is not sure about he will go to the tower and see if anyone else has the same task ,but he is not looking for friends. He doesn't know why but he just cannot make easy connections with other guardians, even in the solstice parades he feels slightly frightened by the attention, yes he has done legendary things , killed Fallen Kells and Prime Servitors,and struck down hive gods , but telling a joke scared him. Maybe it's because he is not sure who he really is. He knows he is the chosen one , young Wolf,hive bane ,but he has never told anyone his name , so they just call him "The Guardian" , he could lead the last city if he wanted to ,Ikora and Zevala would not get in his way , but he chooses not to. Prefers to be a silent hand of the vanguard. The only ones he is close to is his ghost and Eris Mourne, his ghost I will get to in time but he has just felt a kinship with Eris since she arrived at the tower with 3 eyes , he did not know her before her failed raid against the monster crota , but has others ran away from her , he only got closer , others mocked her ,he listened to her, he could feel her pain, although he didn't want to patronize her with pity, he volunteered to be a tool for her revenge,he did what she could not , struck down every ascendent hive who killed her fireteam ,and took vengeance for the moon disaster, maybe it's because he was familiar with her isolation, but the two just clicked , and everytime she talks, he listens. He calls his ghost something that causes friction between them , something he heard the exo stranger call him in the black garden campaign in his early days has a guardian,"Little Light" , his ghost does not explain why he hates it, just wishes he would stop calling him that, "Why don't you just call me ghost like the others do", Because I want you to have a name , unlike me. "One Day I am going to call you something you don't like" the ghost shouts back. They both laugh ,there bond doesn't need to be spoken , Little Light has never questioned his ability ,and the guardian has never questioned ghosts ability to save him. Ever since Caydes ghost was struck down , he is careful on when to summon him ,and gives him a shell with armor , "I'm not going to lose you" he says , I miss sundance, I didn't envy her job ,with all the trouble Cayde kept getting into. "Cayde 6,my guardian wasn't close to him , but respected him and trusted him, he knew him enough to be rattled by his death ,he was yards away and couldn't save the hunter vanguard , his vengeance against Uldren Sov was something he knew was right,and pulled the trigger with no regrets. In these dark times, his horizons keep growing, communing with the darkness on Europa still troubles him,and he can't help but think he is going to wind up like Eramis , a frozen shrine to bad decisions, but he still feels his connection to the traveler, and it keeps him going , he notices 2 Eliksni studying a soda machine at the entrance to the black armory. He says drink ,and puts glimmer in ,and a soda appears , he drinks it and puts in more glimmer ,he grabs the second soda and hands it to the Eliksni ,they drink it, and this makes him smile , he has killed hundreds of thousands of them in his years has a guardian, but this feels different, maybe the blood can stop, and we can be one. He knows it's just dreams at this point ,but remains hopeful, and hope is something that's hard to come by now if days ,so he will take it TLDR,my guardians ghost is called Little Light ,He likes Eris and the fallen ,and he is troubled his amnesia and is a loner

Well all three of my guardians are Awoken, so I’ve always thought it would be absolutely sick if somehow we were related to mara and uldren, but uh if that was actually canon then nobody would want human or exo guardians lol As for Ghost’s name... forever and always, my Little Light

Gaurdians name Sir Ghost name Cornmeal Human Warlock Spends most of his time in crucible, strikes and gambit rarely touches trials cause he despises Osiris but respects saint 14. Normally uses dawnblade but recently has been using stasis under drifters watchful eye, his weapon of choice is deadmans tale in respect of the glycon and its crew his 2nd weapon is felwinters lie in respect of the gaurdian who inspired him. His last weapon is a caster sword.

Guardian: Jaden-2 (jay-den) Has also been known as: “he who judges”, Judas, “the betrayer” Race: Exo Class: Wraith Ghost: Evo Origin: jaden-2 is more the silent type, only wasting breath and words on things that are important or needing to be said, Evo however, is a chatty little thing. Both my guardian and ghost both go by the sayings of never settle and death is only the beginning. Jayden-2 was woken, in the cosmodrome. Evo had been searching for a long time for her guardian and finally stumbled upon him by chance floating for a hiding spot from the house of devils. Once she did wake him though they complemented each others skills and personalities from the start, you could say theyve almost developed a brother/sister type relationship kinda like they can talk smack to each other or argue, but no one else can. (There is a long history to this guardian, his initial blood sample taken by clovis bray, and then studied by the vanguard known only as artifact BC-2715)

In my headcanon, my Hunter is off somewhere having to play nice with an Ahamkara, and hasn't been seen since CoO. Name: Prometheus Firewing Titles: Garden-Slayer, Kell-Slayer, Wolfbane, Dreviss-Bane, Lunar Ranger, Paradox Baron, Vexbane Guardian Class: Human Hunter Power Focus: High skill in Solar, Arc and Void, no Stasis usage Allegiances: Lunar Rangers (disbanded), House Winter (assimilated), Last City, House Dawn, Nighthawks (rumored) Ghost: Sundial (status unknown) Achievements: Destroyed Black Garden's Heart, killed Draksis and Skolas, survived Lunar Rangers posting (2 years), catalyst for Operation: Shatterfix, first Guardian to completely kill an Ahamkara since Great Hunt Combat Focus: Medium range support Current Status: Unknown House Dawn - Precursor to House Light, remains non-human Guardian faction. Current leader is Gakskosis, Phoenix Kell. Lunar Rangers - Group of ~18 Guardians to keep watch over the Moon post-Great Disaster. Lasted 2 years with 7 survivors. No lore, but my ghost name is Anubis.

Relatively new as I only started doing lore for my titan a month or so ago. Used titan through D1 and 2 so I have a bunch more to add. Guardian: Titan Subclass: Striker. Name Zy Har Ghost name: Grill Died during the Collapse while trying to help some kids to safety. Unfortunately he would never know if he did save them that day. Next thing he knew was that a floating eyesocket, which he so smartly named Creepy floaty eye at first. Anyways. Everything was black until the... Eyesocket woke him up, told him where to go, and not to ask questions. The tendency his Ghost had to lecture him, soon earned the name Grill. Even the Ghost accepted it.. as.. well.. he did grill him on a lot of the mistakes Zy made. Zy didn't really give a damn about safety of his own, quickly figuring out he could be revived. So.. yeah.. lets just day he enjoys going head first into grenades, rockets, and all manner of explosioms with a group of Hive. That was until the Red War. He may have defeated way more enemies. Oryx for one, but losing everything during that war did make him to be much more careful with how he treated his second chance. Not as reckless as before. Not like when going against SIVA, Oryx, or his son.

My story takes place at the same time as the Young Wolf’s, who is never shown. Possible names: Centaur-1, [u]Centaur-0[/u], Centaur-1.5. Personality: Very serious and pessimistic. Ghost: Echo, very upbeat and always has a positive attitude, contrary to Centaur, who he’s always trying to cheer up. Subclass: Sunbreaker (Code of The Devastater). Cause of death: Perished from a malfunction as he was being transferred into an exo body designed to wield the darkness against the vex. His mind suffered trauma from being split between 2 bodies and as a result he’s not always all there. Clovis Bray wiped the failed experiment from the records. A human Elisabeth Bray caught him out the door and they had an argument. Bio: In the dark ages, a ghost named Echo finds Centaur in the ruins of Bray Exoscience… with what would later be revealed as a splinter of darkness. He goes to Earth and joins the Pilgrim Guard to help people to the last safe “city.” He makes friends with Orin, Ourus, and Liu Feng. (He did not like Wu Ming… at all.) While serving as a guardian, he found the city’s worship of the traveler foolish. Eventually, the sunbreakers get kicked out/ leave the city and go to the forge on Mercury. He spends his time there throughout the events of D1. Than the red war happens and the sunbreakers are slaughtered. Centaurs seriously ticked off and goes straight to the city to break the red legion himself. ( he ends up helping Eva protect refugees along the way.) While fighting, he sees Ghaul self rez before being nuked by the traveler. He feels the light go back into him and crushes the cabal with his burning maul. In Curse of Osiris, Centaur goes to Mercury to give the sunbreakers a proper burial when the infinite forest opens to him. He goes in and destroys The Sacred Mind, a vex mind that I made up. He looks like a goblin version of Penoptes. Haven’t found a good Warmind or Forsaken story yet. In Shadowkeep, a phantom of Ourus tells him to go to Luna, where his splinter awakens and he gets visions of Europa. In Beyond Light, he goes to Europa to find out how he died, unlocks stasis, and figure out he was designed by Clovis to wield the darkness. Young Wolf plays a role similar to Shin Malphur. I don’t know their race, gender, class, or subclass. There are a few close encounters, like when Centaur sees Ghaul die and resurrect from the city below. You never see their face or interact with them, but he somehow influences everything you do.

Gardian Name : The wanderer. Ghost name : Little Light. Origins : North America forgotten frozen lands. Risen from a frozen corpse in the north he wandered around looking for a purpose. Being around these lands he grew to appreciate life even more. Found by the hidden they showed him the way of the warlock and discipline. Once they felt he was ready, they brought him to the Tower to meet Ikora & the hero of the red war. Thus began it's journey as a guardian for the vanguard.

Class: Titan Name: Chrytor-6 Ghost: Reymor Fun Fact: The name, “Reymor” for my ghost is a nod to the type of fish that follow sharks around. Which are called Reymoras.

Gaurdian Name: Fenix-13. Hates hunters and finds them to be the biggest pansies. Saint -14 fan. Also has a healthy dislike for the hive and likes Burning them to ash.

I like to think my Hunter’s name is Hunter. That way, when an NPC calls my character “Hunter,” it’s like they’re calling him by name, rather than his Class.
