I was running through the vault of glass and got to the Templar encounter. My ammo for my anarchy and first in last out was not depleting during dps. At the end of the encounter I grabbed my loot and it didn't show me what I got and then the game completely closed and the game was ejected. A playstation 4 message popped up and said my data for destiny 2 was corrupted and delete the application and reinstall from the disc. The game was on an external hard drive and I ended up having to delete it. Reinstalling now. I hope this isn't reoccurring and I didn't lose any progress or loot.
