Hello. Tell me how you can resolve the issue of buying a game from Blizzard. They don't really help anything and send requests to you. Although the game was purchased from their service and notifications about the transfer did not come. And give some time to postpone this is not an excuse when money is paid for the game.

25 RepliesEdited by dc213baseball: 6/30/2021 1:41:29 PMYou are way too late now. Bungie & blizzard gave everyone 14+ months to make the free transfer of data/licenses from blizzard to steam. During this period, Bungie & blizzard sent multiple emails, wrote several social media posts, and did web articles & news press releases to get the info out there. That ended on December 1, 2020 & is now no longer an option. During that 14+ month period, blizzard offered an option for a refund if you didn’t want to transfer to steam. At this point, you are well beyond the timeframe for a refund or transfer.

When you purchase a DLC, you are purchasing a license to use on that platform it is tied to your platform, not your Bungie account. Bungie and Blizzard sent emails and Bungie referenced this subject in TWABS for 14 months plenty of notice was given. The game licenses were attached to Blizzard and they offered a 1-time chance to transfer over, this had to be done before 1st December 2020. Unfortunately, nothing can be done now.
