Felwinters Helm: needs to grant damage resistance when near weakened enemies. That would allow it to be usable in GM level content.
Vesper of radius: needs to be changed to consume your rift to do the landfall ability found on bottom tree. Damaging enemies with this ability regenerates rift energy, killing enemies with this ability grants even more.

I updated the list :) I didn’t include the landfall since it’s a tricky concept to get right. Vesper isn’t just an exotic used for the arc subclass so building an arc subclass ability into the exotic wouldn’t really make since.

Meh vesper generally served no purpose on any other class but arc. It counts as arc ability kills so it didnt have any synergy with void or solar. The landfall change would at least make bottom tree usable again lol.

I use it all the time Seth arc buddies :-)

Yeaa maybe I need to use it a little bit more. It just bothered me that an entire perk point is useless because it activates once on super cast. It would be cool if warlocks could turn their rift into such a strong offensive and defensive tool. Wouldnt be that strong outside of 6's I dont think.
