Bungie closed ticket, before getting response to their own question?

So I contacted Bungie (ticket 89623) because my Steam seems to be attached to my account, but my characters aren't available to play. On the main Cross Save page the account is there (via https://www.bungie.net/7/en/CrossSave/Recap). However under the settings page (via https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings/254/19908965?category=Accounts), it has 'ADD TO CROSS SAVE' next to it, when this refreshes to Cross Save page, the account is there. But on returning to Settings page it still has 'ADD TO CROSS SAVE'. The last time I played or adjusted anything on account was probably late last year, so I assume any cooldown would be over. I've raised the issue with Bungie, they sent me an email saying; [i]"Hello, Destiny Player Support has reviewed your help request. Thanks for contacting us. Looking at your account it doesn't appear you have Cross Save active to your Steam account, could you provide a screenshot of your entire Cross Save setup page so we can take a look?"[/i] However, by the time I get up and see my emails, I've already got a 'Ticket Closed' email. [i]"We have reviewed your ticket and will be closing it with no further action at this time. At our discretion we may identify the need for additional information on this case, at which time a follow up email will be sent. We do not review duplicate tickets. Please note, that submitting duplicate help requests that violate the Code of Conduct may lead to restrictions from the Help Center contact forms, Bungie.net community sites, or Bungie games."[/i] So I sent over the screenshot anyway and I get another 'Ticket Closed' email. So at this point, do I wait for an answer? or is this closed? Bungie themselves warn against submitting duplicates. So should I just go to Steam and get a refund and leave it at that?
