Exotic Cypher Quest
Turned in the quest after completion and I was not rewarded the cypher. My inventory was full and wasn’t aware of it.
Did not receive it at the postmaster and I don not have a cypher on me, I’m my vault, at the lost quest archive or in my season of the splicer light level quest screen.
Does this mean it lost forever?

2 RepliesHey, Unfortunately, yes. Exotic Ciphers will not go to postmaster, so if you don't have space in your consumables inventory when you claim it from the quest, it will be lost.
