Changing Steam Account for Cross-Save
Okay so I'm mainly a console player but have recently looked at playing with some friends on PC, however when I checked I noticed that my D2 account was linked to an old Steam profile I no longer use instead of my new one.
I'm aware of the cross-save delay of 90 days however I have been told that if I were to unlink my Steam account and link another one then my cross-save data for Steam would be lost and I'd have to start from scratch. Can anyone confirm this to be the case?
