I appear to be missing an exo body for the triumph on Europa. I've gone to all nine places, using several different guides in case any where wrong, and I can't find any more. I even remember having found Exos at most of those locations. I still only have 8/9 in the triumph page. I'm starting to suspect this is a bug rather than a failure on my part.
