So I was wondering about this the other day and since there's like zero evidence for any of the possibilities: why not make it an open question
What do you personally think would happen if we stabbed Fikrul with a shard of the traveler
Kill him? Heal him? Transform him? Or something else entirely?
What do you think?

He'd bleed out and die?
uwu
5 RepliesTheoretically this is a good question since shards possess the light so stabbing a corrupted or dark filled enemy could kill them. This makes me wonder why we dont have an exotic like this. I mean malfeasance basically does this, but with shards of darkness and enemies explode after 5 hits. Maybe an exotic bow that fires shards of the traveler, or a spear/sword.

3 Replies.......what would happen if you took a piece of the traveller into the pyramid ship? That being said isn’t hawkmoon made out of the traveller? Doesn’t that mean the bullets are made out of it too?
-
2 RepliesYes yes yes warp stone yes yes
-
1 ReplyI think he would use a boss stomp attack.
-
1 ReplyKaboom?
-
It would likely remove the corruption from him and go into the shard. Without the dark ether to keep him animated, he'd probably just melt.
-
2 RepliesHe’s get stabbed
-
Then we would end his endless cycle of pain once and for all.

1 ReplyI guess it's like stabbing a vampire with a wooden stake through the heart. As with every living being, you'd die. Don't really need to be a vampire. stabbing you in the heart, is bad for your health anyways. Traveler choose the ones who's worthy of wielding the light. Ghaul kinda experienced that when exposed to the light. Uldren was able to hold the shard, but we see now that he was apparently meant to play a part and become a guardian himself. Traveler is a freaky gadget, so it might already have known the part Uldren would take in this timeline. We originally had to find shards to get our powers back. Every location had a bunch of angry enemies swarming it, without being able to pick it up or use it. It was dormant until we picked it up and used the light to eliminate them all. Our abilities is a manifestation of the light (apart from Stasis ofc) and every enemy has a bad day when we use it towards them. Apart from pvp, our light has no fatal effect on other allies, just enemies of the traveler

9 RepliesNothing, because Bungie doesn't like the Scorn anymore
-
If there is a way to cleanse the Scorn, it’d probably be more involved then just stabbing them with a shard. Since we hit him with Light when we fight with him and it doesn’t do anything.
-
2 RepliesWell he uses corrupted ether... So maybe it would heal him and then kill him?
-
2 RepliesWhat would happen if you tried that on a taken. Would you free it?
-
1 ReplyIt'll probably kill him. If I understand correctly, not all of the Traveler's shards are gleaming with light, right? And not everyone can utilise the shards as a power-up. Tho, if you had the device/light stealing tech, that Ghaul used to transfer the light to himself, then maybe it would work? But it also did kill him in the end. Ghaul would had made a better ally, then Caitl.

Depends where you stick it.

14 RepliesEdited by UnspokenONI: 6/18/2021 9:35:12 AMHe would have fallen. It would have gave him quite a shock. It would have scorn him for life.
😂
3 RepliesThe physical pieces of the traveler aren’t anything special by themselves. It’s will and it’s light are what makes it of note. If you stabbed anyone with a piece of the traveler, it would be no different than simply stabbing them with a chunk of stone or glass. The traveler decides where it’s light goes, and it’s physical being doesn’t need to be stabbed into someone for the traveler to exert influence.

He’d die then come back to life just to stab him again.
licks finger
2 Replieswell it would probably cause some bleeding

2 RepliesEdited by Archon Eternal: 6/17/2021 9:51:44 PMIt will give him the ability to use the light.
I have no clue who you guys are talking about so I'm just gonna say that.
Nothing. The Traveler doesn't do anything unless someone becomes bigger than itself.
-
I think it would be like stabbing him with anything else, unless he chooses to be effected by the light? I mean, like, Guardians get choose light and dark subclasses. But I really don’t know, cool question though

6 Replies<Either turn the Dark Ether back into normal Ether or just kill him.>
