These two supers are literally strangling the crucible after the stasis nerf. Nothing can counter these supers at all. Top tree dawn zooms through the air like a bullet from a 50 cal and chaos reach is a never ending spam due to the geomags and even without them and running 100 intellect. And chaos reach still manages to hit you behind far cover due to the splash damage being so high. The user should not be refunded as much super energy if the super has massively high splash damage where it can hit you fully behind cover. TTD is just too fast. Why was this super and its tree never looked into. The speed of TTD is insane. This tree is suppose to give you mobility, but playing against it, you can see how ridiculous it is. Please Bungie. You said it yourself. Give us "balance"

4 RepliesEdited by SolarCerberuS: 6/14/2021 8:56:20 AMGolden gun hard counters both, titan bubble counters both (except CR with geomags), tether counters both, siegebreaker titans can counter top tree dawn same as code of missile. Vorpal weapons counter both if you know how to evade them first. CR only goes through some thin walls if it hits you before you duck behind cover that doesnt count this will likely be addressed soon. Geomags imo should be disabled for pvp I never run them in pvp and I have mained CR since it released. I believe top tree is getting looked at soon same as CR going through thin cover. But bear in mind if they nerf them too far the other classes from titan and hunter will be next in the nerfing scope

And may the slippery slope begin Dawn blade —> chaos reach —> thunder crash —> Sunspots —> CWL mods —> Warmind builds —> any side arm —> the ability to log in —> a new game and a lot of confusion

3 RepliesEdited by mdcaimbeul: 6/14/2021 3:44:15 AM1. They already said the plan on nerfing Top Tree Dawnblade 2. Chaos Reach after testing, at max only gives you about 1/4 of it refunded, assuming you like instant cancel it for some reason. 3. They already talked about nerfing the splash damage on Chaos Reach And as a side note, if Icarus Skating is fast for you, wait till warlocks start using Strafe Glide in there super. You’ll cry.

1 ReplyEdited by Soupreem: 6/14/2021 6:45:38 AM1. Top Dawn has a mediocre super, it's literally only Icarus Dash being too low cost and Celestial tracking + range that's the issue. It's also getting nerfed 2. Chaos Reach has a bad neutral game and honestly kind of crutches Geomags, of which is getting nerfed. 3. There's literally 1 viable Warlock sub outside of these two, so you'd better also ask for PvP buffs to the other 7 options we've got 4. I'd hardly call "literally the only 2 fully viable subs on the class" "strangling the mode." You have summoned me.
