Double Barrel Shotgun
ok so why is this not a thing yet ?
DMT is pretty much a Winchester Rifle, and Last Word is the ideal cowboy revolver style so..........
how about we make noise to the devs gives us a Tex Mechanica Double Barrel ?
(edit: I know 4th Horsemen is a thing, but how about a real classic ?)

I can see one that works similarly to breach lodging g-launchers, fire one large powerful blast then reload. Make its range shit but everything in front of you gets annihilated within the blast range. Like the idea of replacing ads with firing one barrel instead of both and have the main trigger fire both or the second one after the first, one at a time would be the same power as a normal shotty but with the shitty range.

Maybe make is a heavy weapon and have it shoot dragons breath rounds that deal dot to targets. The catalyst gives your increased reload speed if you shoot off both rounds back to back

I remember in Forsaken, Uldren’s concept art had him carrying around a double barre shotgun sawed off. Hopefully one day we see it. It looked awesome.

I remember speculation back in Forsaken that there could have been a double barrel shotgun exotic since there was concept art of Prince Uldren with a double barrel shotgun. I think Bungie even made an expensive limited collectors statue off him with it? Of course, we never saw Uldren use it during Forsaken since he took Ace of Spades from Cayde-6.

The catalyst gives it a bump in handling and reload speed
