You get on and are like “I’m feeling like some pvp today” and then you realize. Oh. Time to spend the next 3 minutes on loading screens and holding down A to apply mods, then not be ready for the match by the time you land in to it. It never started to piss me off until my anger issues that have been developed by this game started to kick in and make me not want to play pvp, or do the path of the splicer quest, or literally do anything.
It’s a quality of life thing that we need, because the game encourages us to swap our loadouts.

2 RepliesEdited by blade329: 6/14/2021 4:46:13 AMI think it's by design. They want us wasting our time with mundane useless tasks, to keep us "engaged" with the game. To any rational person this is lunacy, but to Bungie this is a great idea. Think about how much time you spend dismantling items, moving vault items, switching builds, switching mods, constantly having to buy upgrade modules, going back and forth to the tower, etc. Just a ton of mundane useless tasks to waste our time. No developer is this incompetent, this is by design.

2 RepliesNever gonna happen. Makes too much sense and would make things easier on the players. We all know Bungo doesn’t want things to be easy for us. Perfect example: Transmog.

1 ReplyDIM …. Google it.

maybe for mods but honestly loot comes so quickly in this game and shifting loadouts happens a lot anyway (which is why high level activities have locked equipment) so having saved loadouts might end up being futile

use your mouse.

1 ReplyAgreed.. it shouldn't take 20 mins in the tower just preparing for a game. It's frustrating

5 RepliesI remember we had the ghost skill with the Alexa app. That was a cool thing we were able to do with the game. Realistically, Bungie is just going to point their finger to the app. Ishtar commander, Bungie item manager etc. A lot of work was put into those apps. Just use those. Also get multiple armor sets so you don't have to swap mods.
-
2 RepliesEdited by Rohirin: 6/13/2021 4:43:14 AMWasn't there a special alexa ghost who could do that back in D1? Also I think DIM does that too. I could be wrong, it wouldn't be the first time. LOL! Edit: Update! The Alexa/Ghost app is no longer supported. Apparently they stopped supporting it in 2019.

13 RepliesI have 2 sets of armor. One for Pve and one for PvP. Why you have 4 different sets of armor is a YOU problem

2 RepliesEdited by Jedi1Mind1Trick: 6/12/2021 7:29:14 PMThe Division 2 has saved builds aka loudouts. It is AMAZING. It saves entire builds. You have a void build for PvP? A solar build for PvE? A Warmind build? A seasonal build using accelerant for firefly, chain reaction, etc? A sniper build for large maps and a short range build for smaller maps? NO PROBLEM. It automatically loads all the exact ARMOR pieces AND WEAPONS in one second. In the Division 2 you keep ALL those builds and with the tap of one button you switch between them. Everyone in that game uses the feature.
This has happened waaaaay too many times to me, it’s not even funny. And other times when I’ve actually prepared beforehand, queue times have suddenly tripled lol.

It stinks there is nothing in game for this. Outside of D2, the DIM app works fantastic . Really helped me min max a lot of builds. I can also swap on the fly using the phone app version.
-
7 RepliesYou can,.... in the dim app. Destiny item manager. I swap loadouts with 2 clicks. How are yall not using this
-
Would be cool

Little light does that I'm sure

yes plz

1 ReplyThey'll probably add this feature, but it will be on Eververse for silver purchases.🤣

7 RepliesIn b4 the complacent fools say "just use DIM" Agree a loadout manager should be ingame, a simple selector in the inventory screen for nice and fast 1 click full loadout swaps. Such a great QoL improvement sadly overlooked by the devs and complacent player base
-
2 Repliesbro, bungie will never do this, it makes too much sense. Even if they wanted to they couldn't get this coded because it would be too hard for them.
-
Seriously. Loadouts have been a thing in videogames for decades, how is it not in a game where it's desperately needed?
