What’s up with hung jury’s drop rate?
I must’ve done over 100 master nightfalls last week for plug 1.1 and the weapon dropped every other run, often getting 2 of them. I’ve don’t about 7 runs of prison of elders and have not got a single hung jury to drop.
I know if you miss a champion you don’t get it to drop. Is there a hidden champion in this map? We usually melt the boss in 10 seconds, is there a champion that spawns as a boss wave?
I don’t know what’s up but I suspect I’m missing something obvious. Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: as Slevi mentioned, there is an overload Minotaur that spawns during the second wave of bomb defusal (along with some other champions), he was out of the way I didn’t notice him and he despawns when the bombs are defused. Not killing him in time prevented us from getting rewards. Just a heads up if anyone is having the same issue

I would just get one from the current nfs just to get them in collections, then grind their adepts out in GM nightfalls where the drop chance should be good.

Last week was double NF rewards which is why it felt like it dropped like candy. Not sure what's going on this week but I've gotten at least two to drop when playing with clanmates and the posterity vanguard mod for the ghost.

47 NFs to get my first and only HJ with Firefly. Got three more after maybe 30 runs. They’re useable…but not gods.

I ran 4 Legend just yesterday. Both of my friends got 2 Hung Jury each from the first 3 we did. I got 0 after 4. I never got the sniper after 14 nightfalls. I got 2 Plug 1 from 4 nightfalls. Trash RNG is bs

3 RepliesI've done hundreds of nf this season and I haven't seen a single hung jury or plug fusion. Almost always platinum and I'm running a very optimised loadout and very effective strategy for killing every enemy plus champion for highest score possible and my drop is horrendous.

4 RepliesBungie clearly saw you were willing to run the Nightfall 100 times for a Fusion Rifle so their system said, "lol, what if we make him run 200 nightfalls this time??" The more time you put into the game, the shittier your drops are. Guarantee if you take a break and not play the game for a week or so, when you come back all the things you wanted will fall into your lap.

1 ReplyHas anyone else noticed when you do get drops they’re basically the same? I’ve gotten 3 so far all with box breathing and heating up. The barrels and mags are different but the core perks are the exact same.

1 ReplyOn PC and Xbox, three weeks ago when NF was Fallen S.A.B.E.R, I did 70 Hero and 20 Legend and got 10 Hung Jury. None with Firefly. This week I have done 10 Warden of Nothing and got 3 Plug One.1, plus 2 more for cashing the seasonal 3 NF challenge. I did get 1 with Reservoir Burst though. BTW, Overload Minotaur comes out of the first door to the right of the exit door.

I’ve got one on every character on the highest one you can matchmake and I know we didn’t kill all champions. Probably 3 games each character but last time I probably did close to 50 and didn’t get one. Rng

Don't know if anyone else mentioned it but when you finish your run it'll say platinum reward, that means you got all the champions. Anything else means you missed some champions.

16 RepliesAs people have mentioned, last week was Double Ordeal Rewards, so you had a higher chance of getting Plug ONE.1 than normal. As for this week's Strike, I can't imagine you're missing any Champions when doing it on Master. There are some Champions that despawn, but it only really happens when there are inconsiderate players who feel a need to speedrun Hero and shave off one minute, at the cost of everyone's rewards. The most common despawns are the Barrier Hobgoblin and Unstoppable Incendior that appear when defusing mines, as they disappear when the 3rd mine is done.

This game fvcking BLOWS!!!!! Lol. Yet I got a dozen of the sniper and a dozen of the fusion. This game is pure trash. The horribleness of the PvP is bleeding into the pve now. Bungie can’t program for shit.

I am getting it on every second/third run on hero difficulty never done master Poe nightfall it must be rng mate nothing else it’s there game it’s deliberately screwing you over and over specially if you doing it just to farm them , I can tell you it won’t drop . Just do casual shit and you will get it every second run . And there is a chance ( not for legendary guns must apply this for raid exotics ) that some accounts/players will never get it . I am one of them than never got vex mythoclast in D1 after more than 200 runs on 2 account never got one . Now I’m on 12 comp. since vog cane out still no vex mythoclast I think I will not put my foot ever in that shit as know it will never drop for me .
