Players who 6-stack in PvP should be shunted to their own matchmaking lobby, change my mind.
Title says it all, players who feel the need to 6-stack in regular Crucible should be exclusively matched with other 6-stacks, and nobody else.
Will it make their wait times for matches skyrocket to undesirable levels? Yes it will.
Will it limit their pool of teams to play against to the same few teams exclusively? You bet.
Is it a change that would drastically reduce the amount of players who would attempt playing like this? THATS THE POINT
In regular 6 v 6 Crucible, the only players that 6-stack are the ones who want to stomp on other players for their own amusement, and for anyone who is not also playing the same way, it is such a demoralizing experience to be matched against those teams that I know players who have left the game as a whole because of it.
I just played 2 games in a row being matched against 6-stacked teams, and they were so lopsided that they should not have happened, period. This game's matchmaking is already so poor, that by letting people team up in 6's, it irrevocably breaks the game more so than it already is.
I have no sympathy for the kinds of players that feel the need to do this, so they should be the ones thrown into a different matchmaking pool so they can play against other players just like them.

2 RepliesWell guess what, I have no sympathy for players who complain about facing teams as a solo player when finding a fireteam is extremely easy. And for all of you who are going to defend this guy, Remember its his fault for playing this way. Its been a long standing argument that bungie should cater to solo players. News flash: This is a[b]multiplayer[/b] game. You can never escape fireteams as long as you play destiny so either find a team and quit complaining or quit playing and go find a game thats more single player friendly

It just makes your ego feel a little less hurt when you lose and you can blame it on a potential advantage even though you have full access to that advantage if you’re that peeved about it (we’re all guilty of it). -If you see the number increase by six in matchmaking, just leave. In Iron Banner (and probably some other playlists) you can watch the roster before the game starts too to be 100% sure. -If you’re not having fun in a game or you see a “stack” and you just don’t want to play them, you can make the decision to just leave. “Stack” is to “fireteam” as “Band-Aid” is to “bandage” nowadays. People just throw the word haphazardly as an equivalent and admittedly I frequently do the same because it is just easier to convey the message, but people need to stop acting like every 6-man fireteam is some crazy “stacked” team that are top 0.01% players because they aren’t, not even most of the time—hardly ever.

6 stacking in pvp is very fun, you should try it. Player who bottom frags takes a shot. Or top frag takes a shot. Or rng for the spot before the match starts. It's just a game yo, don't take it too seriously, you'll have more fun that way

Playing 6 stack does not mean that your going to loose, they might not be loads better then you, it could just be the clan playing for fun doing bounty’s. Same when I play elimination i solo and play a 3 stack regularly but most of the time win, they even have comms (probably).

Yeah, I get that. Six stacked today for the first time in three years. 13 win streak. Wasn’t even that fun honestly much less fair to other players. We ran into a 3-4 stack in less than half those games. I think running with 2-3 people in Crucible is the perfect vibe. Even if you have dumpster teammates, matches will be closer and more enjoyable. But, there are those that win grind and want padded states. These last few weeks I’d be running Cruci matched with 5 other solo players against six stacks… Just can’t beat their coordination 90% of the time. They’re nuts to butt most of the time and it’s difficult to fight 1 v 2 or more every gun fight haha

I hate it, but I always develop a certain tactic against 6 stacks. I watch their play style, and make a tactic of my own. It works
