Cannot find / start Presage Quest - Dead Man's Tale
I bought Destiny 2 Legendary Edition in March and with that came the Season 13 pass which should have given me access to this quest. When I go to the location to pick up the distress signal no enemies spawn and the tablet doesn't spawn. What can I do to start it?
