I’m going to level with you for a second. Pve in destiny is insanely easy. It’s just the way the game is. I know the scripted rebuttal is gm nightfalls or or soloing dungeons. However these things are only “hard” because they artificially were made to require a small amount of planning. The majority of the game you can go in with anything and be fine or go in geared and absolutely slay. That being said having something especially a super that’s over powerful just makes an easy game easier. It’s not like dungeons can’t be soloed without or or gms can’t be completed. When recluse was op and made an easy game mundane destiny became considerably more boring. On the flip side having stasis op made crucible awful. It removed any skill gap. I think the actual reason pve people are mad because since stasis they have convinced themselves they were good at pvp. Now they are experiencing a wake up call. TLDR: if stasis was a crutch and you feel the game is hard now I recommend mincraft or the logo games.
