What does your gamertag mean?
My gamertag is [b]TWOTHIRTYS3V3N.[/b]
I guess people find it to be odd. Haha. I get asked AT LEAST once a week what it means, and it's hard to explain to people. The meaning of my gamertag is pretty weird, and pretty in depth.
Ya see, since I was a little boy, I have had a bit of a weird problem with the number [b]237[/b]. It all started with the time [b]2:37[/b]. I would find myself constantly looking at the clock at this time. I mean, constantly. Enough to where it wasn't a coincidence for sure. It escalated and I would find myself waking up, looking dead straight at my alarm clock, and it being [b]2:37am[/b].
Sounds weird yes. It is weird yes. But it also is nothing but the truth. Then I watched a little movie called the Shining. If you have seen it..... Well.... You can guess what that did to me. Haha... The number has a HUGE(and -blam!- up) significance in that film.
Anyways, I have became obsessed with it. I am not scared of it anymore(as I was as a child) I embellish it now. I see the time at least once every two days(just normally checking the clock). I have also googled the number, and found TONS of other people share my experiences. There actually is a whole Youtube video dedicated to how many times it shows up in movies, and the comments are chalked with people stating their troubles with [b]237[/b].
I have tattoos of the time [b]2:37[/b]. One in which the chord of an alarm clock is cut, and sparking, yet the clock still shows [b]2:37am[/b].
Nobody probably cares... lol... But I -blam!-i-n LOVE IT. Haha.
So, let's hear your gamertag stories..... I don't expect them to be as in depth as mine... Sorry for that by the way....

Gamertag: Paqk I've had the nickname of "Pack" my entire life from my family on my mother's side. When I was little, I used to steal everything and shove it in a threewheeler where the seat lifted up. My mom called me "Packrat", later shortened to "Pack." I misspelled it so I didn't use any numbers.

The indecision of what to watch at a trip to the cinema with my friends. It was a toss up between I am legend and Alvin and the chipmunks (for a laugh). Of all the different permutations of combining the 2 films, Chip Legend came out. Stuck with me for a while and eventually used it as my XBL name (my usual stickerboy was taken -.-).

My gamertag is Theta Zero Oh the many many layers... * Theta is a mathematical variable, and math is my strongpoint. * Zero was my favorite video game character of all time, and still is. * Theta Zero represents a 0 degree angle, equivalent to a full 360 degrees. Everything and nothing at the same time. It suits my quiet personality; I don't say much but I make what I say count :P * Theta and Zero have similar shapes, and "match." * And of course, the name was available. my old gamertag was chieftinuzealot its in halo terminology and it means that i am the best of the zealot elites. tarturus was a chieftin zngmee or whtever was a zealot i combined the other reason is its funny chefti nuts alot say it how u want to hear it haha. my gamertag now is spinozaurus some1 actualy took spinosaurus can you believe it.

To be perfectly honest, I chose my gamertag (SereneMelody) on the simple basis of it sounding pretty and bringing happy thoughts.

[u]NOTE: I highly doubt anybody will read this, but I wanted to get it out, and I think it is a nice and indepth explanation of my Gamertag. Thanks to everyone who reads it.[/u] Gamertag: [b]Whitemarks[/b] It is a combination of two words, White and Marks. White is a color often related to purity and cleanness, and I consider myself a clean and pure person. I don't steal, I am not addicted to any bad stuff, I am an honest and nice person. Just a small explanation of why I chose "White" to be in my Gamertag. Marks is actually short for "Marksman" which used to be my Gamertag. I consider myself a Marksman or Sharpshooter when it comes to First Person Shooter games. I have a natural talent with Sniper Rifles in all types of FPS-games. I have always been a skilled Sniper in Halo, I am according to Halocharts one of the Top 100 Snipers on Halo 3 and Reach. But whenever I try a new FPS-game, I always seem to be incredibly talented with the Sniper Rifle in the game. Examples are Call of Duty, Counter Strike(PC), Battlefield, Resistance(PS3). Therefore, I consider myself a Sniper in any game. This is why I have chosen not only my Gamertag, but also my nickname to be "Marksman". So a couple of days before the release of Halo: Reach, I decided I needed a Gamertag-change. My old Gamertag, lVlarksman, did not look good with the font Reach was using on its text. It honestly looked like crap. Unfortunatly, I could not come up with any good Gamertags that only had the word "Marksman" in it, so I added "White" to the front of a short version of "Marksman". I used to have the tag, "Pleasant Bullet", a Poison the Well song, then I modified it to PleasantCarnage. Just sounds cool.

My GT: DeaTH KNigHT 45 I got this from the whole 'Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse' thing where it speaks about the fourth horseman (known as Death) and I just stuck the knight at the end, because I think of Death as some kind of evil knight. Pretty simple.

mine is XploderEagle10 i thought it up, because before I had an Xbox, I played Halo 3 with my friend on Valhalla, and I enjoyed a gametype with infinite ammo pistols that were instant-kill with 300% walkspeed and 50% gravity, i also enjoyed throwing all of my grenades while i jumped through the man canon, hence [Xploder](grenades)+[Eagle](flight associated with the man cannon)+[10](a number I like other than 7).

My GT is VandalParBalle. It's in french and it means "bulletproof vandal". Vandal cause it's my last name and bulletproof (ParBalle) because of the movie from Guy Ritchie "Snatch". There is an old Russian guy that is shot a lot of times and he doesnt die. They call him in french Boris par balle. Since I almost only play FPS games, I tought it would fit well to me.

Actually I find your story quite interesting. It would make me curious to see a dude with 2:37 tatooed on his *ss. I mean, about the tatoo, not about the *ss. My brother came up with my gamertag. Our gamertag, actually. You see, we share an Xbox Live gamertag. The gamertag is called Red Barrrrrrr. It refers to the little connection bar you can see next to your name in-game when checking the score. You know the drill, if the connection is bad it turns red.
