Stop hiding behind your code of conduct. You guys at bungie admitted yourself that the auto ban system is indeed not always accurate. so start doing effort and contact players who send appeals. This is long overdue about a year ago a friend of mine got banned out of nowhere after he sent about 6 appeals all of them got denied and never did you do any effort to contact him and try and resolve this issue because you think everyone is guilty or you just don't care about your player base so do yourself a favour and show us that you care, the fact that I'm still fighting to get my friend's account unbanned after him giving up making a new account and getting close to 1,000 Hours again I am scared that this situation might happen again. we are unfortunate and are based in a country where good internet is not given out like Candy my friend most likely got banned because people reported him in the Crucible for lagging which is what happened to me quite a while back but guess what I got suspended for a few weeks and I came back but my friend did not get suspended but instead he got an instant ban I made a forum post a day or two ago and the feedback is so toxic the replies are made by half ass narcissists who only think of themselves because guess what they are privileged to have good things in life now this is a fight that I don't have to fight because like I said already, my friend already made a new account after getting no effort fron you guys support-wise, because you don't care about your player base and you don't get in contact with players you just deny their appeals because you think you are always in the right so if by any chance someone at bungie sees this post I would love for you to get in contact with me but once again seeing as you deny appeals one after another without doing any effort I guess you'll just scroll past this effortlessly because your focus is on eververse and all that. The fact that people reply to my post that I should read the code of conduct and that you guys don't have to give us a reason for banning my friend is absolutely disgusting, I read the code of conduct and it's absolute joke I expect better from you Bungie after all the time I spent playing your games, feeding your employees with all the DLC we buy even though it's not always as good but we buy it anyways because we always try and believe that things could turn out better. I expect better from the destiny community as well I expect Guardians to have each other's back and not always just replying with toxic comments and accusing people of cheating just because they got banned I wish things were better but i know the world isn't perfect and neither are WE.
