Exotic Armor pieces
Titan
Space Colony-Alpha (Gauntlets)
"They’re breaking through the door!...BANG!...well I broke them...and the door."
Exotic Perk: Blast Doors- When you cast your barricade and are close to it, you can hold the class ability button again to punch the barricade to destroy it, but the shards of the barricade will launch forward in a cone and damage enemies. Kills with the barricade explosion will grant a portion of class ability energy.
Hunter
Meaty-Meat Hook (Gauntlets) *Reworked*
"Man!..I didn't know a chef like you can move faster than me."
Exotic Perk: Chef's Special- This exotics replace the dodge ability with a new icon "The Hook Pull". Casting your class ability will actually cast a hook from your gauntlets and pull a single enemy towards them. The casting speed take much longer to complete than a normal dodge and they can't shoot while pulling the enemy toward them.
Warlock
Wormhole Twins (Gauntlets)
"I went one way and I reached the other side...it was still the same."
Exotic Perk: Bridge between reality-The warlock can now hold and summon two rifts, but they last half as long as a normal rift.

Nephilim Robes (Warlock Chest) "We draw our strength from within, so that we may warp the world without. This power is my own, all the Traveler and the Darkness did was give me the key to the lock." Power Within: Converts your Healing or Empowering Rift into a self-use Aura, granting you healing-over-time or increased damage. While active, your class ability regeneration is halted. Last Bastion (Titan Boots) "I'd rather die on my feet than live on my knees!" Wraith-7, standing lightness before Dominus Ghaul. No Surrender: Your Ward of Dawn is weaker, and no longer grants Armor of Light. In exchange, you and your allies can shoot out of your Ward of Dawn. The Ripper's Gloves (Hunter Gauntlets) "So many to kill, so little time..." ~Notorious Hunter, Jack The Ripper Rip and Tear: Melee kills increase melee damage for a short time. Flawless Execution lasts longer, and melee attacks dealt under Flawless Execution deal much more damage. Spectral Blade kills increase Spectral Blade damage. Enuma Elish (Exotic Sword) Return everything to the Void, one planet at a time. Mortar of the Stars: Holding Guard Converts Heavy Ammo into stacks of Ritual Empowerment. Stacks up to x10 Ritual of Seperation: Pressing Heavy Attack launches a massive overhead slam with a large radius, dealing damage based on the number of Ritual Empowerment stacks.

Titan: My favorite, never saw the point in shields when the enemy's already dead anyway. Hunter: "Get over here!" Warlock: Would rather have two rifts that act as portals between each other.

1 ReplyThese are honestly some pretty cool ideas. I think my favorite (name, flavor text, and power) is the Titan, but overall all of them are really good.

I dig the titan one. A lot. Kills with that would be montage-worthy. Hunter one needs a new name 🤣 But honestly id prefer just giving them the Blink option again if we wanna give them another mobility option. Warlock. Eh. Boots of the Assembler kinda outshines any rift-based exotic. I will say it does have a similar name to something I thought of where if you use Blink after making a rift, Blink will return you to the rift.

7 RepliesSo. Titan: well done. Its creative and sounds fun to use. Hunter: its just too similar to mask of bakris. Would rework that one. Warlock: although its alright, i dont really see the use of "more rifts".

Edited by Stormblade777: 6/1/2021 2:01:54 AMI always thought there should be an exotic for Warlock that gives BOTH rift bonuses, healing and a weapon damage bonus.
