De-activated then re-activated my Stadia account and now can't connect to Destiny

Hi, I play Destiny via Stadia. I recently de-activated then re-activated my Stadia account. The Stadia account seems to work appropriately and all of my Stadia games were restored, and I can play other Stadia games. However, I can't seem to connect to Destiny's servers. I have attached a screenshot of the screen that I get stuck on. I verified that my character is still active / present on Bungie's servers by using the website/Destiny app. I've also tried Stadia via multiple computers and Google Chromecast. I tried contacting Google / Stadia support first, but they didn't know what the problem was.
