The "Ripe" chapter of the Endless Night lore book is awesome, and confirms a couple things: Firstly, it tells us that Savathun caused the Endless Night and she has a plan for it. Secondly, given this, it is reasonable to assume the Taken Hydra at the end of the first mission this season was Quria. Thirdly, and most terrifying, that Savathun is physically in the Last City right now disguised in human flesh. The book reveals that she most likely has a plan for the Traveler and has been manipulating people in the City. It is really awesome, and is a twist for Savathun. I wonder if she keeps this form, if it'll mean that we can physically talk with her? This season is making more and more excited for Witch Queen everyday.
