FWC receiving false visions of the future?

So I haven’t seen anyone bring this up, but couldn’t it be a possibility that the Vex or rather Savathûn through Quria is feeding FWC false visions of the future? Like I’m pretty sure that FWC use a Vex machine to see the future and while the Vex might not know how to deceive, something like that sounds pretty on brand for Savathûn. Idk, just a theory that I feel like should be thrown out there.

  • Well, from what we can gather from what Lakshmi says herself, the predictions are only probabilities. Quite accurate ones at that, but still alterable. Add that onto Savathun’s song being present in the FWC Vex tech revealed to us by a lore card featuring Aunor, and most likely it is either Quria, or a really -blam!-ed prediction.

I am pretty sure Quria is behind the endless night , and Savathuun has played these tricks before , truth to power anyone.

    • I don’t think it’s false. I think the future is set. Say it’s “fate” so what she sees is dated to happen but she doesn’t know how it will happen. She can make any interpretation about the events to come based on what she sees but it doesn’t tell her how it comes to be.
so if she sees calamity in the city and the fallen, she may say it’s because of them, but in reality she is the catalyst for that event later on
• Interesting theory. Would could be a cool story line in the future. But sadly that sounds more interesting then bungie likes to tell its stories lol.

    • <The Device is modified, like Ixel's prediction engines. That's probably its flaw.>
