As post states, I successfully linked all the necessary accounts and claimed the reward. However, the rewards are not showing up at Amanda Holiday in the tower. The Bungie Partner rewards page says I did not claim for May, but Twitch Prime shows that I did. I'm not sure how to fix this issue. Please HELP.

1 ReplyHello. Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site? Double check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Prime Gaming account as well. If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your Partner Rewards section? If you don’t see your Gear Drop there, you’ll need to restore your connection. To do so, you need to re-connect your Twitch account to your Bungie.net account. You may want to re-link your accounts together then wait until next month to claim that Gear Drop.
