Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site? Double check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Prime Gaming account as well. If you go into your [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url][/b] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url][/b]? If you don’t see your Gear Drop there, you’ll need to restore your connection. To do so, you need to re-connect your Twitch account to your Bungie.net account.
