Why did you make oracles so much more annoying
Edit: I made this post during challenge and I got frustrated with this part
Without challenge it is much easier now

It should have always been this way, even thematically it makes more sense... the oracles singing their songs or whatever and having to repeat them. OG vog was way simpler but I feel like the new mechanics just make way more sense and make it more engaging. Oracles being in order, making blocking the templar TP a much more high risk high reward optional mechanic, gatekeeper in general being a much more thorough encounter and atheon having added tension in the portal room while giving the people in throne something to do other than just stand on a plate and shoot harpies while the other team gets to play the game. Even doing this raid on contest challenge mode was way more fun than it ever was in d1.

It’s not that bad. Each player gets an oracle and zones the map. One player gets two. Each player calls out 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 while listening and watching the oracles appear twice. Then call out taking out each oracle in order. Handle adds and snipers when you have down time. Better than the original especially since we’re all mostly more powerful and have been raiding for seven years. Gg Bungie.
