A Catalyst for every gun that doesn't have one, and fixing some boring ones

DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT CARE THAT ANY OF THESE ARE OVERPOWERED. MOST OF THEM ARE, AND IT'S NOT LIKE ANY OF THEM WILL MAKE IT TO THE GAME. IT WAS FUN TO WRITE LUL Spent my afternoon doing this, have fun reading it. - a very bored Guardian ----------------------------------------------------------- NEW Catalysts Arbalest - Pointier Things: Increased ammo reserves. Grants shield piercing rounds, strong against Barrier Champions. Thorn - Sword Logic: Soul Devourer up time increased. Anarchy - Set and Waiting: Unactivated Arc Traps last indefinitely. Trap lines now only visible by the wielder. Jotunn - Giant’s Footprint: Burn damage and duration increased. Le Monarque - Art in Death: Poison cloud radius greatly increased. Now activates on all precision kills. The Last Word - Ride Away: Precision kills reload two bullets from reserves. Malfeasance - Life Leech: Taken Slugs reduce enemy recovery and ability regeneration. This effect stacks, preventing healing and ability regeneration at four stacks. One Thousand Voices - Choir of Destruction: Beam duration increased. The Chaperone - Angel of Death: This weapon gains increased accuracy and handling while airborne. The Queenbreaker - Scavenger: Increased chance to find heavy ammo with this weapon equipped, gain more ammo from each heavy brick. Thunderlord - Rain Hell: Reloading grants this weapon a short period of explosive rounds based on the number of rapid kills beforehand. Two Tailed Fox - Changing Weather: Hold reload to change to two different rockets, one Arc and one Stasis. The Arc rocket chains damage, and the Stasis rocket flash freezes the area. Wavesplitter - Supercapacitor: While your super is full, this weapon is always supercharged. Wish Ender - Ascendant Eyes: Increases Truesight effectiveness. Damaging a target marks them for a short time. Monte Carlo - Contingency Plan: Increases melee damage after emptying the magazine. Removed on reload. Divinity - Deletion Protocol: Greatly decreases time between bursts of damage. Xenophage - Venomous: Increased reserves. Rounds now deal Damage over Time. Decreases impact damage, raises overall damage. Tarrabah - Ever-Hunger: While your Super is full, hold reload to activate Ravenous Beast indefinitely. Firing when activating Ravenous Beast this way drains Super energy. Truth - Experimental Maneuverability: Rockets now actively attempt to avoid collision with surfaces to track their target. Cloudstrike - Category 9: Precision kills now generate lightning storms instead of strikes. Bastion - Four Armed Fury: Hold reload to add a fourth volley. Increases charge time. The Lament - Regenerative Blade: Increases sword energy charge rate. Can recharge sword energy when stowed. Traveler’s Chosen - Cleansing Light: Consuming stacks of Gathering Light removes damage over time effects and kickstarts recovery. Grants more ability energy to Light-based subclasses. Devil’s Ruin - Quick Access: Kills grant increased reload, range and handling. Salvation’s Grip - Shattering Approach: Firing this weapon at frozen targets or crystals shatters them. Shatter damage from this weapon is greatly increased. Eyes of Tomorrow - Ease of Use: Adaptive Ordinance now activates on all kills. --------------------------------------------------------------- Old, Boring Catalysts, Made Cool Graviton Lance - Null Anchor: Precision kills pull nearby targets towards the location of the kill. Skyburner’s Oath - Cabal Jump Jets: Aiming down sights suspends you in air for a moderate duration with directional control, minus height. Sturm - New Beginnings: Sturm Overcharge rounds can now be obtained through any primary elemental weapon kill. Sunshot - Wrath of Sol: This weapon now inflicts burn. Targets killed by burn explode much more violently. Vigilance Wing - Saving Grace: Fires full auto. While you are the last member of your fireteam, you gain damage resistance while reviving, and reviving is no longer reset on taking damage. Riskrunner - Overflowing Charge: While Superconductor is active, you emit a damaging arc field that chains lightning to other targets. Prometheus Lens - Solar Refractor: Hold reload to activate Solar Refractor. Decreases impact damage, but damaging an enemy causes the beam to refract towards 5 other targets automatically. Coldheart - Superfusion: Greatly decreases damage ramp up time. Merciless - Task Completed: Kills with this weapon reload the magazine from reserves. The Jade Rabbit - Laser Sights: Aiming this weapon at a target’s head slowly blinds them. Hard Light - Superb Reflection: This weapon’s rounds now bounce off of up to 4 surfaces. Crimson - No Cure for Death: Precision kills prevent healing and ability regeneration of nearby enemies for a short time. Borealis - Prismatic: Killing a combatant, or killing a Guardian with a matching Subclass increases damage for a short time. Darkness-based subclasses always activate Prismatic. The Colony - Upgraded Insectoids: Insectoid Grenades now travel quicker, and jump towards their targets. Remember Guardians, if everything is overpowered, that’s hilarious. If one thing is overpowered, thats not hilarious.
