Each house had a splicer which is basically like a head scientist and chief mechanic for the house

Edited by Centaur-1: 6/10/2021 3:34:46 PMSplicers are basically mad scientists who turned themselves into cyborgs. The Devil Splicers found SIVA and infused themselves with it(and they all have peg legs because why not?). Wolf Splicers used vex gates to allow Skolas to bring the House of Wolves through time. Elykris and Praksis were most likely splicers.

Think of a Splicer like a scientist to the fallen. They fuse themselves with technology to the point where they’re seen as demigods to others around them. In rise of iron, the splicers (scientists) belonging to the house of devils uncovered SIVA and spliced themselves and their house with it. In Mithrax’s case, it appears he’s spliced himself with vex tech in an effort to save others of the Eliksni race and those in house light.

1 ReplySplicers are a group of fallen that manipulate technology. You could be a siva fallen, but not be a splicer, as splicers are the ones who put siva in other fallen. Make sense?
nibbles crayon
A splicer is just a fallen that’s better than others with tech. Like Mithrax, he’s the only one who can splice like that because he’s better at it. If that makes sense
licks finger
