Bungie, we want all raids to have pinnacle rewards But when you do a particular raid this week or completed it. The other raids you do will not get pinnacle rewards but you will get gears at your current LL (Light Level )

Sure.

Have a weekly featured raid that will give pinnacle drops, while the others are powerful drops.

9 RepliesNot a fan of all raids giving Pinnacle rewards simultaneously, not only is that too many sources for Pinnacles, but it also puts more stress on the player to complete more activities in order to be optimal each week. I think there are 3 issues at play: 1. DSC should have remained Pinnacle through the remainder of the year. While I understand VOG will also drop Pinnacle, it is really disappointing to have the main raid for the year lose it's Pinnacle status, I know it will certainly mean I play the raid less, even if I really enjoy doing it. 2. Master Raids and Dungeons could be a potential opportunity for more Pinnacle rewards. While I wouldn't want every encounter of every Master activity to drop Pinnacle, I could see having the final boss dropping a Pinnacle for a full Master clear. 3. We need to get to a point where we have weekly featured raids/dungeons that offer Pinnacle gear. Realistically, this will probably only happen towards the end of the D2 life cycle, but I would even settle for a weekly featured Master Raid/Dungeon for Pinnacle gear.

2 RepliesEdited by Slevi: 5/21/2021 4:09:32 PMNo. Majority of players are max level by week 2-3. Whats the point of pinnacle if all powerful drops are at max level anyway. The whole point of a new raid is that everyone does the new raid. Stop making us to do old content. Can you imagine the complaints if they made us to GOS or Spire of Stars for pinnacle only?

5 RepliesIf they raise the pinnacle rewards for all raids, that means they have to raise the power cap of all players. At the current state, its nice we only have to farm 10 levels for max. Straight into the pinnacle grind. It does suck that us endgame players cant abuse Deep Stone, however, I see plenty on my friends list getting 1319-1320 drops. We managed just fine getting max level without needing the other raids for pinnacles.
-
We could have a weekly specific raid to do or something like that !
-
11 Repliesi like your idea but i believe that DSC should still have its pinnacle status . taking it away from a paid raid and giving it to a free one is a slap in the face to everyone who paid for beyond light
-
This would be great. Since the raid we paid for is now sunset. But the free one is pinnacle 🤔🤔

Edited by pacificdune: 5/21/2021 2:26:43 PMWhy? I’m already getting g 316 level gear without any pinnacle raids, and not having completed all of my characters yet this week.

9 RepliesThe climb for light level is +10. We don't need every raid to award pinnacles.
-
This is actually pretty smart. A system like this is already in place in Crucible with the quickplay pinnacle, so it could exist.

1 ReplyEdited by AbsolutZeroGI: 5/20/2021 4:50:41 PMI'd even be okay if it was like "complete this raid for a pinnacle", like the last chest only was pinnacle and the rest were powerfuls. Then we'd get 3 pinnacles for the 3 old raids if we did all 3. I feel like that's be a nice compromise since dropping 12 additional pinnacles on the community would probably be too drastic.

5 RepliesGuys what I mean is. Yes. All raids to have pinnacle rewards. BUT! When you do a particular raid say DSC(Deep stone crypt) and get pinnacle done. You can't get Pinnacle from other raids. Others will drop at your current LL.
-
74 RepliesThis has not ever been how raids have worked and they don’t need to give pinnacles. Only the newest raid should.
-
7 RepliesBungie plans to have weekly Featured Raids in the future, but has not announced any details about how this will work in practice.
-
I'd be max lvl by the end of release week.
-
1 ReplyThey need to just make is to what ever raid you do first that week is pinnacle. That way I can run what ever raid I want.
-
Like people have been saying just make a weekly featured raid that drops the pinnacles along side the newest raid so all raids stay in the lime light at some point
-
Good option is raid pinnacale rotation
-
The issue is for those who don't raid. Then there is an overabundance of Pinnacles for some and an absolute drought for others. Resources work on economic principles and this would skew the market. That said the basis for Bungie's tinkering in this market - on many fronts - isn't fairness but promoting what they want, for their ends.
