Hi and sorry for advance if I made any mistakes in the post (like bad category) So I wanted to update my profile and I had big troubles doing it on website on my PC. Firstly I tried changing profile picture and background but I couldn’t do it because the name change box was also on this screen and it said my name is already taken (seems legit but I’m the one that took it :D) Then I jumped to iOS companion app and I was very optimistic because I was able to change the profile picture, so I tried changing the description (because it’s cringe, ok?) But because it’s in the same place as the name change I couldn’t do it due to the same reason as on PC (name is already taken for some reason) I don’t want even attempt to try changing names because I don’t want to confuse and make trouble to people at the guild Please send help ;-; Quick summary: I can’t change profile description because my name is taken
