Halloween masks as ornaments for transmog
Just a fun idea can you make the Halloween masks transmog items it would be a fun being able to wear Halloween masks anytime without the light level and the stats being effected.

Won't happen. Everyone will be wearing a mask and Bungie doesn't want that cause that makes the helmets they made useless. Bungie wouldn't risk that or less Eververse items selling.
