Presage un-scannable clues
Every time I go into Presage I find scannables.
And every time I find them, I can’t scan any of them for some reason.
I heard about some of them being time-gated or something, but I can’t scan even 1 of them.
Any ideas why that’s the case?

Only certain one(s) are scannable in each set until after you’ve finished the set prior. You are still working on the ones in the “figments of an answer” set (set1 so to speak). So look up a guide on these 5 scannables then go scan them (or at least the ones you haven’t yet scanned in this set). Once all are scanned, claim the triumph, wait for weekly reset, & then the scannables in set2 (another link in chain) will be scannable. Repeat for the scannables in 3rd set.
