Title. And there are three options here, maybe more. 1.) Bring other maps back into the rotation and make the game at least a little less stale. We have simulation, so it shouldn't be too hard. 2.) Create new maps. There are so many ideas that they can be based on. Europa, Bray Facilities, Vex Vaporwave dimension, etc. 3.) Bring back old D1 maps. It could be feeding off of nostalgia or desire to know what the "old days" were like, but it's honestly better than no new maps at this point, in my opinion. Edit: It looks like most people want new maps, and I can agree with them. I recently stumbled on [url=https://youtu.be/Pd43vasIrgA]a Halo 2 video by InfernoPlus where he creates his own map[/url], and I feel like this shows how feasible it is for Bungie to pump out at least a few maps eventually, as the guy in the video took about 35 hours to create and balance his map by himself, and with fantastic results.
