You really have to be unlucky or specifically targeted by it now. I've only died a few times to it this season. As for kills, you get one maybe two. Sometimes none if you get team shot and the nado never gets out. I'd say possibly the second worst panic super in the game. Nova bomb being number one lol. Only reason to play it is the boost in recovery, strength and resilience.
