I just discovered that I can't apply shaders to reverie dawn armor, though the armor synthesis UI or by inspecting the item on the character screen. It can still take universal ornaments, but it's stuck with the default shader for that ornament. It appears to affect all 3 classes and the whole armor sets. I attached a screenshot of a chest piece that I removed the shader (that was applied last season) from but can't apply a new one.
