Transmog adjustment proposal

Let's be honest. There are issues with the way transmog has been applied. With its current system, synthstrand drops far too infrequently for the amount you need to buy a bounty, and the bounties are too lengthy to be worth it. Here's what I propose to improve transmog, while keeping it as true to the current system as possible: - Killing enemies now has a 5% chance to award Synthstrand (7.5% if using an ornamented weapon). Higher ranked enemies have a chance to drop double. This is a vast improvement from what we currently receive it at. - Synthstrand can be used directly at the Loom to receive Synth Plates, at the rate of 250 Synthstrand. Since acquisition rates are improved, this won't be an issue. - Synthcord will be repurposed. It is still acquired by bounties, but will instead be used at the Loom to purchase blueprints for armor pieces from vaulted content that the player has not received (bad RNG, new light players, etc.). Once these blueprints are obtained, they can then be unlocked with Synth Plates. - Synthcord can also now be used to purchase shaders from vaulted activities. - Due to bounties now being used for a more premium function, they are limited to 1 of each per week, per character. Once a player has obtained all blueprints and shaders for the class they are playing they will instead receive 2 Synth Plates as a reward from the bounty. Those are my thoughts on how to improve the system that we were given. Overall, the biggest issue I have with the system is the number of steps, and materials, required for a cosmetic look. My suggestions help alleviate that while still maintaining the aspect of still having to work for it.
