How else are they going to get people into the Crucible?
There's a lot of players who only enter the Crucible when they absolutely have to for a quest or catalyst.

They could listen to the PvP playerbase (not streamers, but regular devotees) and maybe improve the Crucible experience?

One major thing is dedicated servers. They've already said that will never happen.

Amen and hallelujah. If they can't wrap their brains around the infrastructure changes needed to bring their networking implementation into the current century, they are pretty pathetic.
