Focusing engrams is consuming more decrypted data than the number listed
When I go to focus an engram on tier 1, the engrams are listed as requiring 25 decrypted data. But when I focus them, it takes 50 data instead. I can focus an engram when I have less than 50 data, but focusing consumes all of it. I am still getting the loot.
