Can they investigate as well as to why last season under season rank it showed I had 14 and 15 and now it says I have to purchase them

I am having the same problem, I bought the deluxe edition and it showed that I had every pass but now it is saying that I have to buy them again.

That was probably a bug. It showed you that you had seasons that weren't available yet. -
Its not a bug when I went into steam to make sure that in the description that it said that it was giving me 13,14 and 15 and then also other ppl are saying the same thing has happened to them. Bungie shouldnt sell something and then take it away and make them pay more money to buy the seasons again. I read under season rank that it said that I had 13,14 and 15. It had check marks beside them so I went to steam under the legendary edition or whichever was the most expensive one and read under the description where it said that it gives all expansions and access to season 13,14 and 15. I am pretty sure I screenshotted it as well as proof and I need to find it

I’m on ps5 and the same thing is happening to me. I bought the dlc and it said I have access to 13 14 and 15 and yet it’s now telling me I have to re buy it.

Bungie had stated in a tweet the day before season 14 release that I seen last night that they removed our access to season 14 and 15 saying it was a bug that we was allowed the seasons 14 and 15. I’m sorry but stating in a description when buying a game that we are allowed access to those season if we buy that is not a bug

They need to give our access back because we paid money to access those seasons already. It’s already in a transaction that we have paid for those seasons and we need to be reimbursed for those

Which means you bought the Deluxe edition but you didn't mention that before. Next time maybe make sure you post all relevant information. As for why the game now requires you to buy the current season individually i have no idea. I suggest you make a separate post about that. -
I actually have made 2 of them and they do not appear at all in the forums. I have to go to my profile to even see them. I have also commented pictures of the season checked and the seasons with x marks on the bungie help on twitter.

I put one in help and another in feedback. Im literally only on here when I have issues with the game to get any kind of feedback or help to resolve my problem. I hardly ever post. I have contacted bungie and I have also contacted steam with pictures of the check marks with the seasons checked and then when season 14 came out the x marks on seasons 14 and 15

It might be tied to the issue people had today that were unable to buy their current season and its pretty chaotic right now on the forums. So i would wait a bit a check back in later. -
Steam contacted me back saying it will be a game issue and to contact bungie lol. Yea you can’t contact bungie. You make a post and hope they fix the issue lol. So basically if they don’t fix my issue as let’s say others have theirs fixed and mine can still not be fixed and bungie never fixes my issue cause they never see my posts or comments lol.

Plus my son had x's under his season rank and he didnt have the bigger edition of the game but I did, yet other ppl are saying the same as me
