Almost 2hrs

Almost 2hrs since launch and no update on a playable state. Why is this a thing every launch?? How have these issues not been resolved to where future launches run smoothly? I don't get it... TimeLost is correct...start thinking of other peoples time please... Any updates @BUNGIE?
