I got the 2019 glows, but got too burnt out to actually earn the legendary armour in the end for that year. Am I correct in my reading that if we own the glows, regardless of if we own the Legendary armour, we get the new Legendary Armour ornaments with the old glows built in? To put on any armour? And you can still transmog old solstice armour if you want no glows? I read that right, yes?
