Bring back unavailable shaders
With the implementation of fashion-friendly systems like transmog, now would be a great time to bring back unavailable shaders like Gambit Jadestone, arguably one of the best shaders in the game but only available during such a short time. I wouldn't even mind having a tough quest for them, as long as they remained available all the time.

and emblems. If they were locked against certain stuff fair enough but then again over time just bring them back to earn via other things. Vanguard reputation could get you Cayde's treasure map ones for example.
