They finally brought back the Class specific swords
At multiple shots in the new trailer you can see that the class specific swords have returned ,I’m really happy with this
I just hope warlocks got a reworded version

I'm happy to get them AGAIN but I did something like 80 Heroic menageries to get my preferred rolls on the Hunter and Warlock swords, but that's when I gave up with an okay Titan sword. I hope it's less trouble to get these and maybe don't make them class specific this time around.

2 RepliesIt’s sad that it has gotten to a point with this game that people are applauding Bungie for recycling old content. Bungie’s business model: Fail miserably, break our own game (intentionally), remove content. Recycle D1 , fix the stuff we broke (intentionally), add the same content they already own back into the game. Community 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Oddly enough they already brought back our class specific swords. You got them from completing Menagerie on Heroic mode. But, oh wait!! They sunset those swords when Beyond Light came out 🤣🤣🤣🤣

After they nerfed swords to the ground it is exactly what we need.

Yeah swords that will barely get used in reality and that you have to reearn for the third time. Unless they have some unique class specific perks they arnt really worth the slot.

If it were to be reworked, it would be cool if it matched the other classes “heavy attack efficiency”. What I mean by that is; when a lightweight or aggressive frame pull a fully charged heavy attack, it deals 3x light attack damage while also consuming 3 ammo (efficiency: 1.0) Standard adaptive frame swords consume 4 ammo but deal what is equivalent to 3.56x light attack damage (efficiency: ~.90).
