Why is Bungie pushing players away...

I’ve come to the realization that I love Destiny for what it Could be, not for what it’s become. I wanted Destiny to succeed and thrive. I’ve played since D1 preorder then took a step away during Osiris then returned hoping Bungie would improve and learn from their mistakes. We all make them, but only a fool repeats them. Unfortunately there has been poor decisions made by D2 staff. There are good ones there, but they don’t outweigh the bad ones. Greed and short sightedness is the mantra now. Don’t use the “true fans” argument. You can’t keep shltting on people and expect them to stick around. That’s toxic and dysfunctional at its core. Bungie, you need to respect and value your players time. I wish you the best.

  • They aren’t It’s the Players Themselves choosing to move on. Bungie can’t control what individual people choose to do.

  • They want to ween us away from Destiny to their new project 'MATTER". If they can get us weened off in time they are hopeful that the loose community will gravitate towards Matter instead. They don't care about Destiny's player base anymore and it shows!

      • You have a 30 power bonus. Clearly you enjoy the game. If you don’t, then stop playing it.

        • It’s hilarious that when people don’t like something it’s Bungie “pushing people away” No, it’s u simply not liking a choice they made. Such drama queens.

          • I’ve enjoyed the game and played a lot but the changes to some key systems in the game is pushing me away and with new games releasing I don’t think I’ll be playing much beyond trying vog with the boys next season
