So, I was mistaken with a previous assumption, that the 10% buff was a temporary fix per day instead of cumulative, because who would do the math on that and not realize the glaringly obvious issues with it?
The most current population number i know of has Warlocks and Titans at 31% of the population each, and Hunters at 38%... ROUGHLY 1/3 each, but sure, "hunters are bigger", yes. *High Fives*
So, a 10% score increase is... pretty good at pushing anyone over the top right? Basicly should have worked DAY 2-3 right?if the split was 38, 31,31, but with activity varriants the same 1 class ended up losing days in a row. by day 4 it would have been 38, 31, 41 or ( 31(1.1^3)),
So, then the top group should have dropped.. but, say that one losing group somehow keeps losing, even with a 41% top multiplier, they just, KEPT losing? well, over a week later they would have 1.1^7, or , a 195% nearly 2x multiplier to anything they do. Keep in mind, they KEPT losing even though they should have been neck & neck with their other counterpart. Now the split is roughly 38%, 31%, 61%
What if this group who HAD been losing suddenly DOES more work? They win, they win constantly, even with little effort.
Remember, the split was only 38/31/31, they werent THAT far appart. It only took 2.5 days to make one nearly even with the other, but that was ASSUMING certain populations show up based on an assumed maximum.
So what does the previous winner do? Looking at the flags it looks like they do what most competitive humans do, Fight Harder. Which is a losing strategy unless the current winner and the current loser start trading places, its basicly pointless. Again, the splits werent that big to begin with, and to lose that much in a row, someone had to be inactive, hard.
So , unless the original two losers start trading wins at a constant rate and the original winners lose about 10 days in a row, the original winners would have to grind nearly 230% harder than either of their counterparts to TRY To win at this point, because 2nd place is how you lose.
Without running the numbers, it seems like if 2nd place had also boosted at 5% then you would have had a quicker leveling factor across the board, but, again, it ONLY works if the groups are as active as you ASSUME they will be, again, the split in population was already very small, so any multiplier can give a big advantage.

As a game developer its easy to make assumptions about past numbers without taking into actual realtime numbers as something progresses. This is a common mistake, and ultimately a flaw with what this competition even is in the first place. Nothing about it REALY highlights any advantages of being a class. Then again the game itself didnt do a great job seaperating the classes with skills and importantly activites that only they can do.
Maybe Hunters should have REALY been the ones who dive into lootable areas where others dare not follow, requiring more fast mobility than other classes could muster. Titans maybe should have been able to grind certain enemies that were well out of reach of other classes alone, or through obstacles that require a hard head to break through, but didnt require needing a burst damage hunter or a space wizard who could buff or heal. Maybe warlocks (and eveyrone else) should have had tasks ONLY they could literaly do. And instead of pitting GROUPS against eachother, maybe just proving to Themselves they are worth it.
Ultimately with an assumed set of static numbers you're fighting the random that is Humans. While activity can often be consistant, with humans it can still be entrophic, very subject to random change, though usualy faster in smaller groups than larger.
Maybe guardian games should be lore wise, about guardians being guardians.
